Hi, Joy here! I love all the feather items that I've found at the Classy Cards 'n Such store.
Today's card starts using a light blue cardstock as the base and added a dark blue panel on top.
To really make my design stand out, I used a white cardstock, along with one of my favorite stamp sets called Birdsong by Sparkle 'n Sprinkle. This stamp set is quite versatile because it has so many feathers, images and two sentiments. I stamped the feathers in several different colors of blue and used one of the sentiments.
I added the little dots with a Tim Holtz Distress Ink Marker, in sets of 3. I got the idea of adding the little dots from the Feathers embossing folder by Crafts Too.
